These summaries define the current online ordering controls. Final legal entity, GST and destination-specific wording must be confirmed before live checkout is enabled.
Products are supplied only to approved organisations for legitimate laboratory and research applications. They are not offered for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment or consumer use. Meridian may request verification, decline an application or revoke purchasing access.
An order is not accepted until purchaser eligibility, availability, destination and payment are confirmed. Product information must not be interpreted as medical advice. Customers must comply with laws and institutional controls that apply to their work and destination.
International destinations, shipping options, charges and expected lead times are reviewed and confirmed before payment. Delivery Assurance applies only to an eligible tracked shipment and provides a documented resolution for a covered confirmed loss or delivery failure. Customs holds, prohibited imports, inaccurate addresses, recipient refusal and events outside the configured carrier service are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Contact Meridian promptly about an incorrect, damaged or undelivered order. Refund eligibility depends on order status, product condition, the Delivery Assurance conditions and applicable Australian consumer law. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Meridian does not request or issue refunds by crypto, Tagada, Western Union or another off-platform route.
Application, order and contact information is collected to verify research eligibility, process and fulfil orders, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and provide support. Meridian does not store full card numbers or CVC data; Stripe hosts payment collection.
